
Sarah Burke is the author of Blueprints (2018 Cider Press Review Editors’ Prize). Her poems have received the Indiana Review Poetry Prize, the James Wright Poetry Prize from Mid-American Review, and the Lynda Hull Memorial Poetry Prize from Swamp Pink.
Burke has published work in 32 Poems, Beloit Poetry Journal, Cimarron Review, Cincinnati Review, Copper Nickel, Green Mountains Review, Narrative, Passages North, Ploughshares, Wildness, and other journals. She also completed an artist residency at Hewnoaks in 2022.
Now living in Pittsburgh with her husband and daughter, she holds a BA in English from Bucknell University and an MFA in creative writing and environment from Iowa State University.
